1. Log in to Plesk with your username and password - https://plesk.easy-hosting.co.nz:8443
2. Click on the "phpMyAdmin" icon or button to open up the Database management interface.
3. Click to select the Database from the list on the left.
4. Click on the "Import" tab, click the "Choose File", browse to and select the file you want to import and click "Open". Click the "Go" button (only use "SQL compatibility mode" option when required) and your Database will start uploading to from computer. It is best to import in to a blank Database.
